Additionally, as a (Senior) Consultant in AI Insights & Engagement, you have: A (master's) university degree, preferably in Econometrics, Physics, (Applied) Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, (Industrial) Engineering & Management, Business Analytics, Business Information Management, Political Science, Social Sciences or Public Administration; 2 to 5 years of experience in data, analytics, AI and/or automation; experience in consulting is a plus; Experience developing and (co-)implementing AI and data solutions; Technical and programming experience in Python and SQL is a plus; Knowledge of or interest in current trends and developments in AI, data governance, operating models and change processes; Experience building relationships and collaborating with both clients and team members; Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English (level C1 or higher); Strategic and organizational capabilities, demonstrated through relevant activities or experience. What impact will you make?: As a (Senior) Consultant in the AI Insights & Engagement team (part of AI&D), you work at the intersection of data, analytics and (Gen)AI. You help organizations translate their strategic ambitions into concrete, tailor-made AI and data solutions that enable them to transform into future-ready organizations. You make impact by turning data into valuable insights, by helping to develop end-to-end AI and data solutions, and by supporting clients in establishing the governance, operating models and data foundations needed to make AI- and data-driven transformations succeed sustainably. You ensure that people, processes, technology and data are well aligned to create maximum value. How do you do this?: Understand the challenges faced by our clients and translate strategic ambitions into innovative, tailor-made solutions across (Gen)AI, data, analytics and automation; Contribute to the development and delivery of projects within the AI, (Gen)AI, data and analytics domain, collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines and taking ownership of high-quality results within your workstream; Support clients in establishing the governance, operating models and data management foundations essential for sustainable AI- and data-driven transformations; Assess organizational maturity for an AI and data transformation and help guide the organization forward by gathering business, functional and technical requirements; Visualize your insights in clear presentations and use data storytelling to demonstrate the strategic value and impact of (Gen)AI to stakeholders; Help facilitate commercial initiatives such as workshops, seminars and the development of whitepapers; Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and to preparing client proposals; Develop yourself, coach and support junior colleagues in their professional growth, and contribute to internal propositions, trainings and innovation.
