Cloud Engineer – Azure London | £40,000–£60,000 | Hybrid (2 days in office) We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer with Azure experience to join a growing technology team and play an important role in supporting and developing a modern, cloud-native environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and is looking to take the next step in their career. You don’t need to have years of experience across every area of the specification — we’re particularly interested in someone with the right attitude, aptitude and enthusiasm to learn. You’ll have the opportunity to build your experience across Azure platform management, DevOps, automation, security and cloud operations, working closely with development and data teams. What you’ll be doing: Supporting and helping develop the Azure platform and associated technologiesWorking with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and GitContributing to automation and improving cloud operational processesSupporting cloud security, identity and compliance initiativesHelping monitor and optimise the Azure environment, including cloud costsWorking with development and data teams across services including SQL Azure and other cloud-native technologiesContributing to platform improvements, upgrades and migrationsWorking with internal stakeholders and third-party partners where required What we’re looking for: Some practical experience working with Microsoft AzureAn understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principlesSome experience with Azure DevOps and GitAn interest in cloud security, automation and cloud-native technologiesGood problem-solving skills and a willingness to learnStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively You may not tick every box yet — that’s okay.
