You will actively help develop our automation landscape. With your strong interest in new technologies, you will support transformation initiatives from initial idea through to implementation and drive the continuous development of processes and specialist knowledge. You can look forward to Analyse business processes and identify potential for automation and optimisationDevelop and implement solutions in the areas of Robotic/Agentic Process Automation, Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents and workflow technologiesDesign and implement API-based integrations as well as customised software solutionsSupport transformation and modernisation initiatives from requirements gathering through to rolloutWork together with departments and support workshops, including in a facilitation role, as well as contributing to solution developmentEnsure the quality, traceability and sustainable operation of automation solutions You come equipped with A degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualificationSeveral years’ experience in developing or implementing automation solutionsKnowledge of business analysis, process automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), as well as an interest in AI-supported solutions such as Microsoft CopilotProgramming skills, preferably in Python, C# or JavaFluent German and conversational EnglishStrong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly and bring different stakeholder groups together You may not meet every requirement listed in the job description.
