The Position
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a .NET Developer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels.
You will join our client’s application modernization initiative, focused on upgrading and modernizing a portfolio of existing Java applications running on legacy environments.
As a .NET developer, your main responsibilities will include:
Design, develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies Analyse functional and technical requirements together with business stakeholders Develop robust, scalable and secure software solutions Implement REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Contribute to software architecture discussions and technical improvements Ensure compliance with security, quality and performance standards Support testing, deployment and maintenance activities
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in software development Strong knowledge of C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+) Experience with ASP.NET Core and Web APIs Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases Experience with Git and CI/CD practices Familiarity with Agile methodologies Professional proficiency in English, combined with good Dutch or French.
