Java Developer - (Spring Boot / Vue.js) Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands – Hybrid Contract Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong Vue.js expertise to develop and maintain scalable web applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience across Java/Spring Boot backend and Vue.js frontend development. Key Responsibilities Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and Vue.js.Design and develop REST APIs and Microservices.Build responsive frontend components using Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.Develop business logic and data-access layers using Spring Data JPA.Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle databases and optimise SQL queries.Implement security using Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT.Develop unit/integration tests using JUnit, Mockito and Jest/Vitest.Troubleshoot production issues and participate in code reviews.Work with Git, Maven/Gradle and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with Product, QA, UX/UI and DevOps teams.
