Your Mission You drive the continuous development of Fabasphere's frontend stack. Together with your team, you deliver a modern, responsive, and accessible user interface that enables our developers to build outstanding solutions.You work with innovative cloud-native technologies and ensure highly available and scalable web applications.You are responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering innovative frontend features on time in close collaboration with your stakeholders.You create and foster a culture where ambition, ownership, innovation, and excellence are embedded in the way we work. Your Profile You have completed a degree or vocational qualification in IT (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or university) and have several years of professional experience in software development as well as in leadership roles.You are experienced in handling complex requirements and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.You have strong knowledge in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with UI frameworks. Ideally, you also have experience with C++.You bring hands-on experience with and a passion for cloud-native technologies and microservices.You are aware of your responsibilities, lead by example, and set high standards for performance. With clarity and conviction, you provide technical leadership to your team and seek direct, constructive dialogue, even in challenging situations.Excellent German and good English skills complete your profile.
