About The Role As a Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) at TRIOLOGY, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, PL/SQL, ORDS, and Elm. Your responsibilities include translating complex requirements into effective technical solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and actively participating in architectural decisions and technology selection in collaboration with your team. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience in software development, demonstrating a solid understanding of modern programming practices and development frameworks. A relevant IT-related education, such as a degree or vocational training, is essential. Proficiency in agile development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is required, along with experience in requirements gathering and direct communication with clients. Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to present solutions confidently to both team members and customers are crucial. A keen interest in continuous technological and process improvements is highly valued. Excellent command of German and basic English skills are necessary to effectively collaborate within our international environment.
