Senior Infrastructure Engineer | Düsseldorf | Hybrid | €75-95k The Role Join a growing technology organisation as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer within a modern SRE environment. Work across different areas of the business, taking ownership of complex technical challenges and projects. Design and implement solutions end-to-end rather than simply delivering tasks within a larger team. Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve reliability, scalability and overall platform performance. What You'll Be Doing Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure and systems-related issues. Take ownership of projects from initial problem definition through to implementation. Work across cloud, infrastructure and modern systems technologies to deliver practical solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to identify improvements and drive technical initiatives. What We're Looking For Strong experience in Systems Engineering, SRE, DevOps or a closely related discipline. A background where you have had genuine ownership of technical solutions and projects. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and resourceful approach to technology. Experience with modern infrastructure technologies; exposure to AI or AI-driven tooling would be advantageous. The Environment Work within a collaborative SRE organisation supporting a large-scale digital platform. A high level of autonomy, with the opportunity to make meaningful technical decisions. A fast-moving environment with relatively low levels of hierarchy and bureaucracy. Exposure to a broad range of technical challenges rather than a narrowly defined infrastructure function.
