Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of digital products. Partner closely with business stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems and set measurable outcomes. Manage tradeoffs and deliver customer-facing features that improve experiences and grow the business. Define and align outcomes by clarifying problems, setting business and UX goals, and establishing target KPIs. Translate strategy into buildable work by creating clear requirements and defining success criteria. Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery and communicating updates. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment. 5+ years using analytics/optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization. 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features. Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools. Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications.
