Back End Developer (Golang)

Hi people, Bit Group is hiring! We are open for Backend Developer (Golang) position. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;Minimum 2 years of experience in software development using Go (Golang);Strong understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines and channels);Experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services using Golang;Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL;Familiarity with SQL optimization and database design;Basic understanding of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus;Familiar with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID Principles;Experience with Git version control;Knowledge of unit testing, CI/CD, and Docker is an advantage;Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang;Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs;Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code;Build high-performance services with a focus on scalability and reliability;Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, System Analysts, and Project Managers;Troubleshoot and resolve application issues;Participate in code reviews and technical discussions;Contribute to software architecture and system improvements;Ensure software quality through testing and adherence to coding standards;Keep up with new technologies and best practices in backend development.
