The role:
In this role, you will focus on implementing and coordinating learning, leadership development and key people processes across Eastern Europe.You will work closely with regional and global L&D teams, as well as local HR and business leaders, ensuring that development initiatives are effectively rolled out, adapted to local needs and deliver tangible impact.This is a hands-on, operational role, where you translate frameworks into practical solutions, support managers and ensure smooth execution of core people processes in SuccessFactors.
What you will be responsible for:
Implement learning & development initiatives in line with global frameworksSupport leadership development and manager capability buildingCoordinate onboarding processes across sitesPartner with managers and HRBPs to identify development needs and implement solutionsCoordinate internal trainings and cooperate with external providersEnsure effective use of LMS and structured learning processesCoordinate and administer people processes in SuccessFactors, including: Performance & Goals (succession planning ,supporting managers in system usage, ensuring data quality and process compliance)Manage training budgets, including planning, tracking and utilisation controlMonitor effectiveness of development initiatives (KPIs, feedback)Analyze feedback and people data to improve development activities
About you:
University degree (HR, Psychology, Business or related will be an asset)Experience in Learning & Development Experience with HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors)Strong project management and organisational skillsAbility to work with stakeholders across locationsConfidence in working with managers / facilitating trainingsAnalytical and structured approachFluent English and PolishManufacturing background is an advantage
