Thank you for your kind understanding. --------------------- 【Leading Domestic Payment & FinTech Ecosystem】 ■Position: Backend Engineer (Global Team) ■Location: Tokyo Head Office (Remote/Hybrid) ■Work Style: Hybrid Work / Flexible Hours ■Salary: 8M-12M JPY This role drives the evolution of a revolutionary mobile asset management service built upon a massive payment platform used by tens of millions of users nationwide. ■ Responsibilities ・Develop, deploy, and continuously optimize robust backend application systems for a fast-growing, highly accessible digital asset management product. ・Architect and design highly complex, large-scale distributed systems capable of sustaining massive transaction volumes and ensuring low-latency performance. ・Leverage modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps best practices to resolve deep-rooted system challenges and guarantee exceptional scalability. ・Engineer custom internal tools to streamline development workflows and actively contribute to the open-source community to drive industry standards. ・Adopt a rigorous, problem-solving mindset to investigate bottlenecks, trace systemic issues to their root causes, and proactively eliminate technical debt. ■ Requirements ・3-5 years of backend dev for in-house products ・Proficiency in Java/PHP, or Scala/Python/Go ・Experience with NoSQL and distributed caching ・Strong grasp of data structures and OOP ・Deep knowledge of concurrency processing ・Business English OR Japanese (JLPT N1) ■ Preferred Qualifications ・Implementation of RESTful APIs or Pub/Sub ・Hands-on experience with AWS services ・Dev experience in highly scalable web systems ■Salary 8,000,000 JPY ～ 12,000,000 JPY ■JOB ID: VAC-292489 *Finish your application by filling out the required information.
