It is to stabilise, simplify and strengthen the platform so we can onboard pilot customers, convert paying customers and prepare for funding. The preferred structure is: meaningful co-founder equity with agreed vestingclearly defined authority and commitmentmarket-aligned salary after the agreed trigger This is probably not for you if you: need a salary from day onedefault to rewrites, microservices or Kubernetesprefer strategy and delegation over being hands-onhave only worked with large specialist engineering teamswant the CTO title more than the responsibility If you have inherited a fragile SaaS platform, made it dependable without rewriting everything, and want meaningful ownership in what you build next, we'd like to hear from you. When applying, briefly describe the platform you stabilised, what you prioritised first, what you chose not to rebuild, and the outcome. Australia-based candidates only.
