Description

About usAI that helps people think better. Built from the ground up. Juniper Learning Technologies is a team of seasoned learning-design experts creating customized education solutions for professional and corporate learning. We combine deep expertise in learning strategy, competency development, assessment, and scenario-based learning to help organizations build meaningful, lasting capability. Juniper Learning Technologies builds JuniperAI, an AI feedback tool for professional and corporate learning programs. Instead of a score, JuniperAI analyses what a learner wrote, responds to their reasoning in detail, and invites them to try again until the skill is built. It is configured to each program's rubrics, scenarios, and definition of good professional judgment, and its feedback is specific, grounded in the learner's own work, and consistent for every learner on every attempt. About the roleWe are hiring a full-time developer to own the JuniperAI codebase end to end: the web application, the data layer, the AI pipeline, and the infrastructure it runs on.
