Job Summary
The successful candidate will join the New Build Pod and/or Maintenance Pod within RESL Automation, part of the Colleague Enablement ART.
Working in an Agile environment, the team develops and maintains business solutions that drive process simplification, operational excellence, and colleague enablement across RESL.
They will be supporting existing production tools used across Operations & Delivery, while also working with business partners and delivery teams on the creation of new process improvement tools.
The team is a passionate group of technically savvy subject matter experts that reside under Operations Performance & Modernization, CPB Operations, supporting the ideation, development, deployment, and governance of new tools, processes, and workflows that support production teams.
