Job Description
Location: NYC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low-code and no-code platforms.
The role covers business areas including Regulatory Reporting, KYC, Compliance, HR, and Risk.
Role and responsibilities
Design and deploy applications on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, using SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server as backendBuild and maintain SharePoint intranet portals using HTML, CSS, SPFX, and ReactSupport and maintain the existing Risk Decision ToolWork with business and control teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirementsResearch business processes and propose ways to optimize and automate them
Qualifications
+5 years building low-code/no-code solutions, with strong hands on knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and SQL ServerSolid SQL skills: stored procs, database design, indexing, joins, and MERGE commandsExperience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and AD entitlementsBackground working in finance, equity, or a similar institutionAlteryx or other low-code tooling a plus, Power BI a plusDegree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experienceCompany’s Benefits
