Salary: National: £33,594 - £35,000 pro rata Greater London (Cambridge): £37,160 - £37,826 pro rata The location of this role is either Newcastle, York, Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Portsmouth (Fort Cumberland) or Cambridge, inclusive with hybrid working. What you will be doing As our Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation of engaging learning solutions that support business performance and colleague development. This role combines learning project management, digital content creation, and facilitation to ensure high-quality learning experiences are delivered efficiently and effectively. Working with the Learning and Development Manager, you will need to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, developing eLearning using Articulate Rise, leveraging Microsoft and AI technologies, and facilitating learning interventions where required.
