Assess digital, customer experience, and organisational maturity.Analyse business challenges, customer needs, and market opportunities.Define transformation visions, strategic objectives, and operating models.Benchmark clients against best-in-class competitors and industry leaders to define ambitious, differentiated strategies.Push clients beyond incremental improvement — design strategies and experiences that set them apart from their competitors.Lead Customer Experience transformation initiatives, from research to journeys, service blueprints, and future-state omnichannel experiences.Facilitate product discovery and bridge business, customer, and technology needs.Lead consulting engagements end-to-end: manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality of deliverables, monitor budgets and risks, and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.Pillar 2 — Business growth: pre-sales and account development
Shape win strategies, RFP responses, and value propositions that beat competing agencies to the deal.Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-selling other SQLI service lines.Participate in thought leadership, market positioning, and consulting offer development.Cross-cutting — Orchestration and leadership across service lines
Act as the connector between service lines: know who does what across SQLI and bring the right expertise to each client situation.Orchestrate joint delivery when engagements span multiple practices.Coach and mentor consultants and project teams; contribute to knowledge sharing and methodologies.Represent SQLI through events, publications, and industry initiatives.
