You will directly influence the stability, scalability, and operational efficiency of our platform, working closely with the Head of Tech and the development team to support product growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Results (First 3–6 months)
Automate lifecycle management of key AWS infrastructure using Terraform.Stabilize and effectively monitor production services.Drive improvements in software lifecycle reliability and performance.Optimize AWS costs.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using TerraformDesign, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with development to automate testing, builds, and deploymentsManage and monitor AWS services (ECS, EC2, RDS, Batch, etc.)Support technical tools and drive world-class operational processesContinuously improve SDLC with a focus on infrastructure and reliabilityContribute to building a scalable SaaS platform with multidisciplinary teams
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or similar rolesProven experience with Terraform and AWS services (ECS, ECR, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Batch, EC2)Strong knowledge of networking, load balancing, high availability, and security best practicesDeep expertise with AWS cost management, governance, and the Well-Architected FrameworkExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, etc.)Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languagesGood practices in containerization (Docker)
