Salesforce Developer Analyst Remote Requirements Salesforce Developer – A Level – 5+ years of hands-on experience must • Technically skilled in Sales Cloud configuration and customization – Apex, LWC, Integration • Ability to analyse/debug Production Issues and fix ‘independently’ during US Hours. • Must have sound implementation knowledge of Sales Cloud features like Account and Contact Mgmt., Users, Leads and Opportunity Mgmt., Process Automation and Data Management • Must have Salesforce Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc. • Understanding Security Model, Data Model, Profiles and Permission Set • Must perform configuration and customization • Must have Hands on experience on Triggers and Flows • Proficient with Salesforce basics like Apex, Data Model, and data loader migration tool & source control • Strong understanding of Salesforce Technology Platform, API integrations, and web application development • Object-oriented programming concepts; reading, writing, and fixing SQL or SOQL queries • Able to troubleshoot Salesforce applications issues • Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented. • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities • Must have key Salesforce Certifications like Salesforce Administration, PD1 and PD2, and Sales and/or Service Cloud. • Good to have implementation knowledge of Service Cloud features like Service Consoles, Workflow rules, Validation rules, Approval Processes, Reports and Dashboards Top 3 skills Salesforce Administration – Flows, Debugging, Analyzing Source CodeApex and LWC Customization – fixing issues, and developing new code
