We’re Hiring: Python Developer to design and build the backend services that power our platform. It´s a hybrid work model 3x onsite in Lisbon. You'll work in a cross-functional team Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs in PythonModel and optimise relational dataWrite automated tests and keep the codebase covered and maintainableIntegrate third-party services, internal systems, and message queuesParticipate in code reviews and technical design discussionsProfile and optimise performance bottlenecks in application and database layersSupport your services in production — debugging, logging, monitoring, incident follow-upContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationCollaborate with product to refine requirements and challenge scope where it makes sense Requirements: 3+ years building production applications in Python 3Strong experience with at least one major framework: Django, FastAPI, or FlaskSolid SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL or MySQL).REST API design and implementationAutomated testing with pytest (or unit test) and a test-first or test-alongside habitGit and collaborative workflows (pull requests, code review)Understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio) or background task processing (Celery, RQ)Comfortable on Linux and the command lineProfessional working English What We Offer: Competitive salary packageMeal allowanceHealth insuranceOthers Interested?
