Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deploy applications supporting engineering and operational needs.
You will work alongside a small development team to deliver scalable solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform while following best practices and using reusable components.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and collaborative solution design.Design practical, scalable, and maintainable data models and application structures.Work with business users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Build and maintain Dataflows using Power Query and Power Automate integrations.Develop reusable components, templates, and shared development standards.Support releases using Power Platform Pipelines and version control.Follow established safety standards, policies, and best practices.
Experience
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.Strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.Strong understanding of ERDs and relational data modelling.Experience with DLP policies, connector governance, and Power Platform deployment pipelines.Experience collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.Familiarity with SQL, SSMS, and Power Platform Admin Center.Experience within engineering, utilities, or similar industries is beneficial.
