Job DescriptionAs a Retail Shop Manager, you will play an important role in the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. In our exciting, dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops no two days are the same and you'll have the chance to lead a team that wins together and does what's right by our customers. Reporting to the Area Manager you will manage your betting shop, delivering exceptional customer service, driving the companies gold standards and leading your shop team. Salary is £14.20 per hour Are you ready to launch a winning career? What you will do Contribute to the protection of our customers through the implementation of our Responsible Gambling and overall compliance strategy.Train your team to have a sound understanding of the business and our products.Plan and work towards defined goals, and manage controllable costs.Ensure you and your team maintain high shop standards.Follow our recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development processesComplete shop rotas.Support your wider area team, e.g. investigations, formal meetings, lead roles.Work Patterns Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. You will work 35 hours and ensure that you schedule yourself to work with each member of your shop team. You will complete rotas at least four weeks in advance.
