Senior Python Backend Developer

Coplanet AG is a Switzerland-based AI company building a next-generation agentic AI platform. Our mission is to create intelligent AI agents capable of autonomously performing complex tasks and workflows. The product is currently in beta and preparing for commercial launch within the coming months. As we scale, we are expanding our European engineering team and looking for experienced software engineers who want to help shape a cutting-edge AI product from an early stage. The Role We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with a strong software engineering background to join our growing engineering team. This role is focused on building production-grade backend systems that power our AI platform. We are looking for engineers who understand how to design, build, and operate scalable applications—not data scientists who primarily use Python for analytics or experimentation. You will work closely with a highly skilled international engineering team, contributing to system architecture, backend development, infrastructure, and product scalability as we prepare for market launch.
