Job Summary We are looking for an AI Agent / MCP Developer to build and integrate AI-powered agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLMs, APIs, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation. Key Responsibilities Develop and integrate AI Agents and MCP Servers/Tools.Build reusable AI Skills, tool/function-calling, and agentic workflows.Integrate LLMs with REST APIs, databases, SaaS, and enterprise applications.Develop AI solutions that can retrieve information, make decisions, and execute actions.Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize AI agents and integrations.Implement secure integrations using authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and API Keys.Document MCP tools, AI Skills, APIs, and integrations.Required Skills 2+ years of software development experience.Strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript skills.Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI Agents.Practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).Experience with REST APIs, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows.Knowledge of databases and data retrieval.Experience with Git and modern development practices.Preferred Skills OpenAI or other LLM platforms.LangChain / LlamaIndex.RAG and Vector Databases.Cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP.Docker and CI/CD.Enterprise system integrations.
