Zakres projektu:
Projektowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań Agentic SDLC oraz agentów AI wspierających proces wytwarzania oprogramowania.Integracja rozwiązań AI z narzędziami developerskimi, repozytoriami oraz pipeline'ami CI/CD.Prowadzenie pilotaży, warsztatów i szkoleń dla zespołów IT.Wspieranie wykorzystania narzędzi takich jak GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex czy M365 Copilot.Budowanie standardów, workflowów i dobrych praktyk wykorzystania AI.Definiowanie i monitorowanie KPI, ROI oraz efektywności wdrożeń.Współpraca z zespołami technicznymi i biznesowymi oraz transfer wiedzy.

Min.
5 lat doświadczenia jako Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer lub na podobnym stanowisku.Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu rozwiązań AI wspierających SDLC.Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex lub podobnych.Umiejętność budowy agentów AI, workflowów oraz integracji z procesami developerskimi.Znajomość LLM, RAG, architektur agentowych oraz nowoczesnych praktyk AI w inżynierii oprogramowania (mile widziane LangGraph i MCP).Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów, współpracy z zespołami oraz przekładania potrzeb biznesowych na rozwiązania techniczne.Dobra znajomość zagadnień bezpieczeństwa, governance i wdrożeń AI w środowisku enterprise.
