Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer, Backend-Leaning | New York City | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite | $200K–$250K Base We are hiring a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer for an early-stage AI company building technology for complex operational workflows. This is a backend-leaning role for someone who enjoys owning products end to end, from scalable APIs, data models, and workflow orchestration to internal tools and customer-facing applications. You’ll work on scalable backend systems, production APIs, relational data models, AI-powered workflows, and full-stack product development using technologies such as Python or Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
