Tasks
Work as a software engineer in a development team on strategically important technical initiativesIntroduce and establish AI-assisted development workflows in your team: set up agentic coding environments, create and share reusable skills, establish prompting and review practicesDesign and orchestrate multi-agent workflows for recurring engineering tasks, for example code analysis, migrations, test generation or documentationContribute to the AI Engineers Circle: bring together experience from the teams, align standards and tooling, and evolve the use of AI across all teams and departments in a coordinated wayCoach and motivate colleagues, for example through pairing, internal training sessions and exchange across team boundaries
Requirements
Several years of experience as a software engineer, DevOps engineer or platform engineer, for example in Java backend development, CI/CD or cloud infrastructureAI is a regular part of your daily development work: you routinely work with agentic coding tools and have built and shared your own skills, commands or automationsHands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
You know different AI models and harnesses and understand their strengths, limits and costsEnjoyment in sharing knowledge: you can win teams over, convince and motivate, including the scepticsAn independent way of working with an ownership mentality and pragmatic problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and impactCuriosity and willingness to learn in a fast-moving AI environmentFluent English is mandatory, German is an advantage
