Software Engineer — Stealth AI Startup (Equity Only) Location: Remote Commitment: Full-time Compensation: Equity only (no salary at this stage) About Us We're a stealth-mode AI startup building products that are further along than most "early stage" pitches — one of our core projects is already 90% complete. We're not starting from a blank page; we're looking for a builder who can help us cross the finish line and take ownership of what comes next. Because we're pre-launch, we can't share full details publicly yet, but we'll walk you through the vision, the product, and the roadmap directly in conversation. The Opportunity We're looking for a full-time software engineer to join as a true ground-floor contributor — this is an equity-only role for someone who wants ownership in what they build, not just a paycheck for it. You'll be working directly with the founding team, with real influence over technical decisions and product direction from day one. What You'll Do Pick up our existing codebase and help finish the project that's currently ~90% built, then move on to new features and products on the roadmapBuild and maintain our frontend using WeWebDesign, build, and manage backend infrastructure and services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Integrate GCP's AI/ML services (e.g. Vertex AI, Gemini) into our product to power core featuresWrite clean, maintainable full-stack JavaScript across the frontend and backendIntegrate with APIs and third-party services as neededWork closely with the founder(s) to make architecture and product decisionsMove fast, take ownership, and help set the technical direction as we grow What We're Looking For Experience with WeWeb (or similar no-code/low-code frontend tools) — or a strong willingness to learn it quicklyExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or comparable cloud infrastructureExposure to GCP's AI/ML tooling (Vertex AI, Gemini API, or similar) is a strong plusSolid full-stack JavaScript skills (frontend and backend)Comfort working independently in an early-stage, ambiguous environmentAll experience levels welcome — what matters most is initiative, reliability, and the ability to actually ship Compensation This is an equity-only position.
