You will have a vital role in assuring the highest quality of our product and strengthen our UX on all our user platforms. You will work closely with other Frontend and Backend Engineers to build the market's best mobile app platform targeting employee engagement across industries. You get a unique opportunity to make a tremendous impact in taking your career, Relesys and our dear clients to the next level over the coming years - as we say it, joining a scale-up at this stage is a rare opportunity that is "once in a lifetime". 🚀 Your Key Responsibilities Develop best in class UI/UX to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across the platform.Design solutions and implement best practices in close collaboration with the product and development team membersCollaborate with an amazing team of Engineers, software testers, and other team membersBeing ambitious, leading, and driving the implementation of new functionality and improvements to the Relesys platformDesign and implement new features together with our Domain Experts and Product DesignersMaintain and troubleshoot complex problems in the existing codebaseWork on long-term strategic tasks to enhance and evolve the Relesys platform Who are you? You have +2-3 years of professional experience within software development and a proven track record of building, delivering, and maintaining high-quality software solutions in a professional environment.You have experience with frontend development and experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, e.g., Angular, React TypeScriptYou have experience working in Visual Studio, GIT, Atlassian/Jira, Figma, and similar toolsYou have an interest in UI and UX and pay attention to the details that make a frontend solution work wellYou are a team player and wishes to engage in the office and its successYou have a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similarDisciplined, structured, and open-minded, even when it's burningYou enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive team cultureYou believe that performance is not a matter of fast deliveries but high-quality deliveries and a strong team spiritYou are eager to learn and take responsibility for your tasks You have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you have/are: Experience in modern Angular Experience with AngularJS, as well as migration between frameworksFamiliar with mobile-first development principles What do we offer?
