The work
Drive end-to-end product ownership: research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration with enterprise customers.Shape product direction directly from feedback with the world's largest companies, building agentic solutions for complex ERP environments.Design and ship core components of an AI operating system, leveraging a modern stack (Kotlin, React, Temporal, in-house LLM harness).Tackle the hard problems of agentic AI in production: failure modes, robust evals, tool design, and reliable harness behavior for enterprise control.Deliver work that visibly impacts company trajectory and customer success, moving beyond incremental features.
What You Bring
You build with AI natively; your default is the agentic solution, with production or side project experience to prove it.You've shipped agentic systems and can articulate how you handled their inherent challenges: failure modes, evals, tool design.Strong, pragmatic engineering fundamentals.
Language and framework familiarity matters less than the quality of your thinking and shipped work.Sharp product instincts and a drive to solve enterprise customer problems, comfortable shaping direction from user feedback.You want to be in the office five days a week with the team in London.
