Our Business Development team is the engine behind noo.ma's growth across Europe.
We work with hotels, developers, retail operators, and office clients — identifying the right opportunities, shaping commercial proposals, and negotiating the terms that make projects happen.
But the work doesn't stop at the signed contract.
We build relationships that last: clients who come back for the next property, the next opening, the next phase.
We operate across all major European markets, with a product that's already proven at scale — and a team that knows how to make it land.
How do we envision the ideal person for this position?
You have some experience in B2B sales or a strong motivation to enter contract sales — in furniture, interior design, construction, or related industriesYou want to actively build a network in Berlin and the DACH region — among hoteliers, developers, architects, and specifiersYou're decisive, direct, and comfortable initiating new conversations — cold outreach, referrals, and everything in betweenYou enjoy LinkedIn as a sales channel and are willing to actively represent noo.ma — sharing case studies, engaging with clients, and building your presence in the industryYou're sales-focused but keep the process clean — documenting activities, updating the CRM, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right timeGerman at C1 level or higher, English at B2 level or higherDriving licence (category B)
