As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve infrastructure reliability, automate processes, and strengthen cloud security in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.Administer Linux systems, containers, Kubernetes clusters, and supporting platform services.Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code best practices.Investigate networking, DNS, TCP/IP, IAM, performance, and availability issues to restore service quickly.Develop Python and Bash scripts to automate operational tasks, deployments, and support workflows.Support CI/CD pipelines, source control processes, and reliable software delivery using Git.Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response procedures across cloud environments.Maintain cloud security controls and contribute to database management, system architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives. Must-Have Skills: Professional experience supporting cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting capabilities.Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.Proficiency in Python, Bash, scripting, and operational automation.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.Knowledge of IAM principles, cloud security controls, monitoring, logging, and incident management.Experience with Git and CI/CD tools and practices.Ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues and communicate technical solutions clearly. Nice-to-Have Skills: Multi-cloud certification, such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer.Experience with observability platforms, centralized logging, and infrastructure performance analysis.Knowledge of cloud-native database services, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.Familiarity with Kubernetes security, Helm, service meshes, or managed container platforms.Experience designing highly available and cost-optimized system architectures.Background supporting architecture, engineering, construction, design, or other project-based technology environments.
