Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Vilnius, Lithuania | Hybrid Up to 7,200 eur per month We’re hiring an experienced Software Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation customer engagement and CRM platform within a large international financial organisation. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with a strong C#/.NET background who has developed deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You’ll work on a major transformation programme involving Dynamics 365 Sales, Azure, automation, APIs and emerging AI technologies. What you'll be doing Design, develop and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CEBuild scalable backend services using C# and .NETDevelop integrations between Dynamics and existing enterprise systemsBuild and maintain APIs, Power Automate flows, ADF pipelines and Azure-based servicesWork across configuration, custom development and platform operationsHelp establish engineering standards and best practices across the CRM environmentCollaborate with architects, engineers, UX, business analysts and commercial teamsContribute to a modern engineering environment incorporating Data, AI and automation What we're looking for 4+ years' backend development experience with C#/.NET3+ years' hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experienceStrong experience designing and integrating APIsExperience working with relational databasesStrong knowledge of the Dynamics ecosystem, including Dataverse, Power Automate, plugins and AzureExposure to Terraform / Infrastructure as CodeStrong software engineering fundamentals, including Git, PRs and code qualityProfessional English communication skills What’s on offer €5,000–€7,200 gross per month, depending on experienceHybrid working – up to 2 days per week from homeAdditional health insurancePension contributionProfessional development and certification opportunitiesAdditional leave and wider employee benefitsIf you're a senior .NET engineer with strong Dynamics 365 CE experience and want to work on a large-scale modernisation programme, I'd be keen to hear from you.
