Role Purpose: Operate the GKE platform and manage GCP infrastructure provisioning through Terraform, ensuring controlled, repeatable, and version-managed cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities: Operate GKE development and production clusters — node pools, upgrades, scaling, capacity, and incident/change supportManage GCP provisioning through Terraform: version-controlled code, deployment workflow, drift management, and rollback readinessMaintain IaC standards, module libraries, and documentation; ensure changes are auditable and transferableTroubleshoot Kubernetes and IaC issues; support reliability, security, and performance of the platform Required Skills & Experience: Senior: 8+ years with deep Kubernetes and Terraform expertise; owns platform design decisions and mentors junior team membersMid-level: 3–5 years of hands-on GKE and Terraform experienceStrong knowledge of Kubernetes operations and Terraform provisioning on GCPKubernetes and/or Terraform certification preferred (e.g., CKA, HashiCorp Terraform Associate)Ability to work collaboratively to avoid single-person dependency on this capability Why Join Us: Join a high-impact team managing mission-critical database infrastructure across a diverse technology stack.
