About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at ITPS Canada Ltd. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our Flight School Management System (FSMS), a comprehensive ERP platform designed specifically for aviation training organizations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex system components, influence architectural decisions, and help embed AI-driven functionalities into our operational workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders across various domains, including operations, maintenance, and training, translating their needs into robust software solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and relevant experience, including: Proven experience in developing and deploying full stack applications in a production environmentDeep proficiency with PHP, particularly Laravel frameworkExtensive experience with React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSSSolid understanding of relational databases, especially MySQLExperience designing and integrating APIs, including REST APIs and external systemsFamiliarity with AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI or ClaudeComfort with AI-assisted development workflows and automationStrong problem-solving skills with an ability to think in terms of systems and workflowsExcellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to take ownership of projects from conception through to deployment and maintenance Additional preferred qualifications include experience with ERP systems, scheduling platforms, financial or procurement systems, Linux/Bash scripting, and exposure to aviation or aerospace environments.
