About The Role We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (L4) to join our Cloud Platform team within the Reliability organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and evolving the shared cloud infrastructure that supports all of Upstart’s product and machine learning workloads. Your primary focus will be on designing and operating scalable, reliable, and secure Kubernetes clusters, optimizing AWS infrastructure, and implementing infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows. You will collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Delivery, Information Security, and Product/ML teams to enhance platform performance, reliability, and developer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence technical standards, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to a mission-driven organization that is redefining access to credit through innovative technology.
