About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developer to join our talented team at BubbleUp LLC. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with extensive experience in both frontend and backend development, particularly within JavaScript ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that meet client specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, AI specialists, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in JavaScript-based web development, including both frontend and backend technologies. Proficiency in building REST and GraphQL APIs is essential. Candidates must have a strong background in developing and optimizing SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably within an AWS environment. Experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Copilot is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of security best practices, including protection against XSS, injections, and other common web vulnerabilities. Prior experience working with PHP-based systems is necessary, along with exceptional debugging skills. Excellent communication skills in English are required, as the role involves client interactions and team collaboration. Candidates must provide links to their source code or project examples and be willing to attend an in-person interview at our office in The Woodlands. Responsibilities Participate in the full development lifecycle, from refining project requirements with clients to deploying solutions to production and performing post-launch maintenance and updates.Design and develop secure, efficient backends and sleek, responsive frontends that deliver optimal user experiences.Create and maintain efficient API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.Collaborate with management, AI specialists, and fellow engineers to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.Perform development QA cycles, automate testing processes, and deploy new features with minimal risk.Mentor junior developers by sharing best practices, design patterns, security protocols, and compliance standards.Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects to enhance functionality and security.
