WHAT WILL YOUR CHALLENGES BE? Creating and developing automated tests in PythonPreparing a test strategy based on requirements and solution architectureCreating and executing test scenarios and test casesPerforming automated and manual testingTesting functional and non-functional requirementsTesting the solution using physical laboratory hardwareIntegrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOpsManaging test execution and reporting results in Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOpsAnalyzing identified defects together with developers and verifying implemented fixesCollaborating with developers and Power Systems domain expertsExpanding domain knowledge related to power systems and electrical gridsParticipating in team activities within an Agile/Scrum environment WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Minimum 5 years of experience in Software QA / Software Testing.Hands-on experience in test automation using Python.Experience in independently preparing test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.Experience with both automated and manual testing.Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing.Experience in testing systems interacting with physical hardware or willingness to work with laboratory equipment.Experience with CI/CD, preferably using Azure DevOps.Knowledge of test management tools, preferably Zephyr Scale or similar solutions.Ability to analyze defects and collaborate with developers on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Knowledge of Git and the standard SDLC process.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Knowledge of or interest in the Power Systems / Energy / Industrial Systems domain.Familiarity with the following protocols is a plus: IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus, OPC, IEEE C37.118.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes will be considered an additional advantage.Experience with BDD / Gherkin is a plus.Experience in performance testing or compliance testing is a plus.ISTQB certification will be considered an additional advantage.Willingness to be present in Kraków when testing activities require access to physical laboratory equipment.
