Unit E&P Conv KG KKD Onshore Process Job Accountabilities The proposed position Supports: The jobs being performed at new ETP areaEnsuring jobs are carried out as per PTWEnsuring the safety stewards of construction contractor are performing as per requirementEnsuring the required excavation are being done safely without affecting existing plantPipe laying within present plant area is as per planCoordination for underground water pumps and pipelinesClose monitoring while hook up of new line with existing systemCoordination for statutory requirement follow up for ETP and DesalEnsuring existing system is not affected due to construction activitiesEnsuring movement of heavy vehicles as per planEnsure lifting is done as per procedureIdentifying unsafe acts to avoid incidentsParticipating in Tool box talk and creating awareness in contract workersEnsuring all the equipments are tested and taggedEnsuring welding booths are proper and not spills of sparks from boothsCoordination for opening of equipment as per GA drawingAs per GA drawing checking the internalsGiving clearance for boxing of equipments and pipingIdentifying loops for card board basting, flushing, cleaningParticipating in line walk and raising punch pointsParticipating in Loop and logic checksEnsuring pre-commissioning and commissioning as per planEnsuring trial runs of all the rotary equipmentsPunch points closure Key Attributes (Experience & Qualifications) Bachelors Engineering Degree.6 Years of experience in O&G
