Description

We are looking for a proactive Workplace Services Engineer. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the enterprise endpoint environment (Windows, iOS, Android; macOS is a plus) using Microsoft Intune.Configure and optimize device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and enrollment workflows alongside L3 engineers.Plan and execute regular patching cycles for operating systems and business applications across all managed endpoints.Monitor vulnerability reports, ensure compliance reporting, and coordinate timely remediation in line with corporate security standards.Package, test, and deploy business applications using standard enterprise tooling and scripting.Maintain the corporate application catalogue and oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle.Resolve escalated 2nd-line incidents requiring backend administrative access, in-depth troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.Maintain accurate technical documentation of configurations, operational procedures, and known error databases (ITIL-aligned).Skills Required: Proven experience in a 2nd-line IT operations, workplace engineering, or modern systems administration role.Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for mobile and desktop device management (MDM/MAM).Practical experience in OS/application patch management, vulnerability remediation, and application packaging/deployment.Solid familiarity with multi-OS environments (Windows, iOS, Android; macOS experience is a distinct advantage).Process-driven, structured mindset aligned with ITIL best practices and service-continuity requirements.Awareness of current trends in modern digital workplace engineering and endpoint security.Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English.Our Offer: Stable employment based on a standard employment contract.Competitive salary.Hybrid work model (3 days per week on-site in the office).
