Senior React Native Engineer

About the Role Your work will directly shape how thousands of businesses worldwide interact with Continia’s solutions - improving user experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and helping companies save valuable time. As part of this role, you will be making technical decisions and help shape best practices that strengthen frontend engineering across the company. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to turn ideas into well-engineered solutions - balancing product value, delivery, and long-term maintainability. You will be working on a new product that will expand Continia's portfolio and grow our user base. We are an autonomous product team working with greenfield technology, currently including Azure, .NET, React, Next.js, and React Native. Key Responsibilities Design and implement core features and shared components using React Native.Contribute to the technical direction for frontend solutions across Continia’s product suite.Evaluate and introduce new technologies, patterns, and tools that improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.Contribute to the design system and ensure consistent, accessible, and performant user experiences.Work closely with other engineers to review code, share knowledge, and improve development practices.Share knowledge and support colleagues through feedback, guidance, and collaboration.Contribute to modern software engineering initiatives such as CD improvements, testing, rapid and reliable delivery, observability, and AI-assisted engineering. What We’re Looking For Experience in building and maintaining frontend applications, with curiosity to take on bigger challenges - we work with React Native, React and Typescript.End-to-end delivery mindset - we scope, design, implement, and ensure quality together.Deep understanding of component design, scalability, and responsive UI patterns.Solid knowledge of build tools and version control.A pragmatic mindset - we balance innovation with delivery.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, and comfort working across cultures and backgrounds.Passion for technical craftsmanship and a genuine curiosity to keep learning.
