About The Role We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of Riot’s flagship awareness platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems that serve millions of learners and thousands of administrators. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to ship new features end-to-end, ensuring high-quality standards and performance. As part of our team, you will leverage AI tooling extensively, integrating advanced AI models like Claude and Codex into our workflows to optimize development processes and automate routine tasks. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver engaging, chat-based cybersecurity training and simulations to a global user base.
