This Position reports to: Portfolio Manager Are you looking for a demanding challenge in product management with a technical focus on medium voltage? In our technical product management team, you will take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle of our grid components products and work in a dynamic, cross-divisional environment. Your role and responsibilities: Responsibility for implementing the product strategy in the Grid Components division, adapted to market trends and company goalsEnsuring complete product documentation and active participation in the creation of specifications and business plansClose cooperation and coordination between the marketing, sales, development and production departments to ensure successful product development and market launchCarrying out cost analyses and developing effective measures to continuously optimize manufacturing costsProviding technical expertise for customer projects, training and in the areas of engineering and project planningManaging product modifications and innovation projects in cooperation with the relevant development teams Qualifications for the role: Successfully completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on energy technologyInitial professional experience - we are also happy to give motivated career starters with relevant practical experience a chanceKnowledge of medium-voltage/high-voltage technology and vacuum switching technologyFluent written and spoken German and EnglishTechnical affinity, team and communication skills, analytical skills and goal orientationEnjoy interdisciplinary and independent work Interested in joining our team?
