Description

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will work on the engineering of some of the world’s most sophisticated superyachts. You will focus on electrical routing, panel planning and equipment integration, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Tasks Design and coordinate cable tray routing and electrical layouts.Develop and maintain cable tray and panel plans.Manage equipment lists and associated engineering data.Integrate panels, equipment and cable infrastructure into the vessel design.Review drawings and technical documentation against project and class requirements.Participate in design reviews and model checks to resolve routing conflicts.Coordinate with structural, outfitting and other engineering disciplines.Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers. Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringAt least 3 years of relevant marine electrical design experience, preferably within superyacht engineering.Strong experience with cable tray routing, panel planning and equipment integration.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cadmatic and Teamcenter. Conditions Salary depending on experience and knowledge.Assistance with relocation, visa applications, housing advice, and general support.Possibility of 30% tax ruling for the first five years.At least 25 paid vacation days in addition to bank holidays.Compensation for commuting costs.Language course compensation up to €500.Yearly social events.Invitations to industry events and conventions such as METSTRADE, SMM, Offshore Energy.
