As a Lead Engineer Marine & Offshore, you will lead engineering teams and coordinate national and international maritime projects. You will combine technical expertise with project planning, cost awareness and effective team coordination. Tasks Lead engineers and coordinate one or more international projects.Prepare schedules and manage tasks within the engineering team.Monitor project planning, budgets and forecasts.Maintain clear communication with project teams, management and clients.Ensure engineering activities meet relevant project procedures and standards.Look for opportunities to improve engineering and design processes.Occasionally travel abroad for short-term project assignments. Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer within the maritime sector.Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering and experience guiding engineering teams.Familiarity with project management methods is an advantage.
