Summary
✨ AI‑Generated
Join an AI healthcare technology team as a full stack engineer building interfaces and APIs used by clinicians and patients. You will work across practitioner applications, patient dashboards, APIs, and mobile experiences in a regulated environment where runtime validation, secure handling of sensitive data, and precise controlled content are essential.
Highlights
Build clinician- and patient-facing products in a secure, compliant healthcare environment, with strong emphasis on type safety, runtime validation, data protection, and regulated product quality.
Description
About Eno Health
Eno Health is an AI-powered platform designed to be the ultimate decision-support system for healthcare providers seeking to facilitate personalised care and long-term wellness for patients.
We are building a compliant, secure, and European-sovereign biomedical AI solution for personalised healthcare.
The platform streamlines practitioners' workflows and patient data processing, enabling faster, more precise clinical decisions.
Role Description
You will build the products and product surfaces where clinicians and patients meet the platform: a practitioner console, an API, a patient dashboard, and a mobile environment.
These are health-data interfaces in a regulated product.
Therefore, types are load-bearing: every API boundary is validated at runtime, because a silently miscast lab value is a patient-safety issue, not a bug ticket.
Copy is regulated: what the interface may claim is controlled vocabulary, served from configuration, so corrections never wait on an app store release.
If you have ever been frustrated that front-end work is treated as the soft part of the system, this role is the opposite of that.
You will work across the mobile app, web surfaces, and the API layer, with a designer-quality brand system to build on and direct access to the clinical team when an interface question is actually a clinical question.
Expect a mix of feature work, API design, accessibility and performance work, and writing, because every release needs to be traceable and reviewed, and because our software lifecycle feeds into a medical-device technical file (EU MDR, IEC 62304).
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
Expert TypeScript, treated as an engineering discipline: strict configurations, runtime schema validation (Zod or equivalent) at every external boundary, and the understanding that a type system is only load-bearing if it is enforced at runtime.Deep React experience, including production React Native: you have shipped and maintained apps in both stores, lived through review rejections, and built a release process that survives them.SPA architecture competence: client-side routing, state and cache management, authentication flows (OIDC/OAuth2), token handling done correctly.API design and backend fluency: you can design, build and consume typed HTTP APIs, and are comfortable working in backend services, not just calling them.Front-end craft: accessibility as a requirement (WCAG), performance budgets, and the judgement to build data-dense interfaces that stay legible.Testing as a habit: component, integration, and end-to-end, wired into CI.Experience handling sensitive data in the client: what may be cached, what may be logged, what must never touch local storage (+ documentation discipline of a regulated environment).Health or clinical software experience: FHIR-backed interfaces, lab-data visualisation, or medical-device software exposure.Data-visualisation depth: time-series and reference-range rendering, D3 or equivalent, designed for interpretation rather than decoration.Internationalisation done properly: multilingual product surfaces and, ideally, a right-to-left layout experience (our GCC-market roadmap demands it).Voice or conversational interfaces: streaming audio UX, transcription display, interruption handling.Astro or static-site experience for marketing surfaces.Design-system implementation: turning a defined brand system into a maintained component library.
