Role Description We are seeking a forward-thinking Django Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience who actively integrates AI-powered coding tools into their development workflow.
In this role, you will build scalable web applications and robust APIs while leveraging cutting-edge AI assistants—including GitHub Copilot, Antigravity, and advanced language models—to accelerate development, improve code quality, expedite debugging, and automate routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).Build and maintain RESTful APIs, and seamlessly integrate third-party services.Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Antigravity, ChatGPT/Claude) to:Generate boilerplate code, serializers, views, and other repetitive components.Write and optimize complex database queries.Automate unit test creation and maintain thorough technical documentation.Refactor legacy code and accelerate error diagnosis and resolution.Stay informed about emerging AI-assisted development methodologies and proactively share insights and best practices with the engineering team.Optimize application performance through caching strategies, asynchronous task management (Celery), and query optimization.Collaborate closely with frontend developers (React, Vue, or HTMX) to rapidly generate API integration code using AI-driven assistance.Actively participate in code reviews, sprint planning sessions, and contribute to comprehensive technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have (Django + Python)3–4 years of professional experience with Python and Django (version 3.x or 4.x).Deep proficiency in Django ORM, DRF (including serializers, viewsets, and authentication mechanisms), and class-based views.Solid expertise in SQL, with a strong preference for PostgreSQL.Hands-on experience with Celery and Redis for background task processing.Working knowledge of Git, Linux command-line utilities, and fundamental deployment processes.
