You’ll work particularly closely with the CEO and product engineering team, having significant influence over the design direction of the business.

Exceptional product and interaction design skillsA strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, shipped digital productsExperience designing sophisticated interactive software – rather than purely websites or static interfacesStrong visual eye and attention to detailGood working knowledge of React and TypeScriptStrong HTML/CSS and modern frontend fundamentalsComfortable using code as part of the design and prototyping processExperience collaborating closely with engineersHigh agency and comfortable working through loosely defined problemsSomeone who enjoys experimenting and challenging conventional product patterns
Particularly interesting
Experience with canvas products, creative tools, spatial interfaces, multiplayer, AI interactions, motion/animation or developer tooling would be a big plus.
We’d also love to hear from people who build their own products, side projects or contribute to open-source communities.
Benefits
Plus 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare, pension, income protection, EAP and equipment allowance.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who genuinely sits between design and engineering and wants meaningful influence over how a product looks, feels and evolves.
