About The Role We are seeking a Medior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about creating software solutions that genuinely solve business challenges. In this role, you will work within our ICT organization to develop and enhance internal applications and digital tools primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your focus will be on translating business needs into effective technical solutions, participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring the quality, security, and maintainability of the software you develop. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments such as sales, aftersales, finance, marketing, and support functions to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. This position offers a blend of technical development and strategic thinking, allowing you to contribute from the initial concept to the final implementation. You will work in a stimulating environment where digitalization is a priority, and your innovations directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role provides flexibility through a combination of on-site work in Dordrecht and remote working, along with opportunities for personal and professional growth through training, courses, and hands-on experience.
